Beginner

This class can be an introductory or a re-set for yogis that have been away from the practice for a while. Learn to connect the breath with the movement. Time is spent stretching, learning the postures, and gaining acceptance. We all start somewhere.

 

Hatha

Hatha combines postures (asanas) with conscious breathing (pranayama) while developing flexibility, balance, endurance, strength, and mental clarity. Poses are often held for several breaths and props are used to help you gently move deeper into the asana.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is a faster-paced continuous flow transitioning from one pose to the next while building internal heat and increasing the heart rate. Music in this class enhances the flow. This class is appropriate for beginners and seasoned yogis.

 

Restorative/Yin


Restorative yoga is less about building strength and working up a sweat and more about deep, mental, and physical relaxation. The primary goals are to release tension in muscle tissue and the mind. Props (blocks, bolsters, pillows, blankets, and straps) are utilized, and poses are held for several minutes.

Kid’s Yoga

Yoga promotes flexibility while allowing kids/teens to have fun and release stress. Yoga and mindfulness help improve balance, strength, endurance, memory, and mental health in our kids.
